Initial orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. To obtain a refund for subsequent orders, you must call the customer service department at (800)513-5201. All refunds will be discounted for initial shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. In order to qualify for a refund on purchases or auto shipments you must meet the following criteria:
Organic Liaison, LLC does not provide shipping service for returns. Packages that are refused by recipient do not qualify for an automatic return.
In order to terminate your Membership or your auto shipment, you must call Customer Service at (800) 513-5201, Monday through Friday: 9AM ET - 7PM ET. If you terminate your Kit subscription before your next billing date, your monthly Rescue Me Kit will not be shipped. After this date, you will be sent your monthly Rescue Me Kit and billed accordingly. If you are on a monthly billing cycle for your Membership dues you will be billed your monthly Organic Liaison membership dues on you next billing date.
Although Organic Liaison makes every reasonable effort to deliver items you've requested for your order, please note that product availability may change without notice. Organic Liaison reserves the right to substitute a similar item in your order.
