I am a strawberry/nana kinda girl!
I like the Rise and Shine recipe. Adding spices like a pinch of cinnamon makes a sort of a refreshing “twist” and “pop” on the tastebuds. Much more fun!!
It should be noted that the nutrition facts of these smoothies are based on using cow’s milk. Cholesterol is only found in animal products. Grow up and switch to soy. It’s healthier, tastier, and more compassionate to animals!
I would use coconut water with a little coconut milk. I do not use soy or dairy products.
Organic almond milk is far better for you than soy milk.
Try green smoothies!
my nutrionist nixes cow milk of any kind (organic, etc) for adults, and that means no whey powder either. you get more protein from other sources, and more calcium from other sources.
