Relish and ripe tomatoes are tossed with ham for a new twist on an old friend, the ham sandwich.
Garden Ham Sandwich
Preparation Time: 5 minutes.

Servings: 4. Each serving: 1 sandwich.
12 slices organic lean ham, diced
1 cup (approx. 3) diced organic ripe tomatoes
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1/3 cup sliced organic green onion
2 tablespoons organic Vegenaise or organic mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded organic romaine lettuce
8 slices whole grain bread

Mix diced ham, tomatoes, relish, onion and mayonnaise in medium-sized mixing bowl. Divide the ham salad among 4 slices whole grain bread, place lettuce on top of the salad; top with bread. Serving suggestions for this sandwich: baked tortilla chips, organic carrot sticks and small tossed organic green salad.
