For the Rescue Me monthly package, your credit card will be charged when you register for the program (the "Order Submission Date"). When you have reached the Cutoff Date, your card will be automatically charged again until you choose to discontinue your service. Initial orders made in the first month cannot be revoked are non-cancellable and are non-refundable. Please consult your personalized member program page at http://www.organicliaison.com for the Order Submission Dates and Cutoff Days that apply to your program.
Your Rescue Me package will be automatically shipped to you each month unless you contact us prior to your order's Cutoff Days. To make changes to an upcoming order or to stop future orders, please call us at 1(800) 513-5201.
Although Organic Liaison makes every reasonable effort to deliver items you've requested for your order, please note that product availability may change without notice. Organic Liaison reserves the right to substitute a similar item in your order. These programs are currently available in the continental United States only.
Refunds can be given on nonfood products that have been damaged in delivery and/or not able to be used within thirty days of purchase. You may call 1 (800) 513-5201 to submit your request for a refund.
